Yes, using a Main Report and a Subreport.
1) Create a blank Main Report
2) Create a 'Date' prompt in this report
3) Create a formula with this code:
cdatetime({?Date_prompt},currenttime)
4) Insert the original report as a Subreport (the report that points to the stored procedure)
5) Right-click the Subreport > Change Subreport Links > Move the formula field to the Pane on the right > From the option at the bottom left that says 'Subreport parameter field to use', choose the datetime prompt from the drop down.
