My personal opinion:
Just start them with Z or Y.... Any suggestion other than that, just serves the purpose of making the Tcode longer and difficult for the user to remember and type in. Tcode should be easy to remember for the user. They don't care about the 'naming convention' of the tcode. Ofcourse, you can name the program behind the Tcode, according to your naming conventions.
