We have used SFSF's username(SAP API user) and password in ECC to send employee details to Success factor.
Below is the tcode used.

will SAP API user's password needs to be changed in Success factor in every 3 months? or it will never expires?
if it is changing, then we have to update the password in ECC also. looks kind of repeated manual work. is there any best practice for this?
