Some companies who doesn't have SAP implemented before as SAP as a platform are now asking for only Success factors as a full platform for all their business processes without SAP is this correct ? and many companies are already running successfully SAP as their backend and how far success factors can give them better solutions ? Mr.Rajesh said atleast we need to have one implementation exp in any project , if it so , how can we enter after doing certification in SF by spending that much amount , and if any one is just passed out guy from a university who is having little bit of exp in core HR process how can he map the business processes into the system, I involved in support projects from 2 years now got an opportunity in implementation in sap hr
Regina Gama ok if I do SF certification in any module like EC or PM/GM can I get job easily in the next 30 days
