There are lot of confusions in your post. Below are the suggestions and questions needs to be clarified.
1. When sharing the KP26 screenshot the Internal activity is "INTLAB" but in this screenshot you have maintained as "JSWRTS"
You need to check the activity type maintained in the work order operation and maintain the cost for the respective activity.
2. From Period needs to be changed from 12 to 1
3. In Practical to maintain KP26 you need to contact FI consultants.
