Hi,
Before checking records, have you deleted and refilled setup tables for your data source?
For plant maintenance, Take you PM functional team and do required settings at Tx - OPL5.
Later you can try to fill set up tables and recheck at data at RSA3 or setup table level or NPRT.
At OPL5, click on you plant row record, on next screen select update(Shop floor information system) for I3 or some similar term. functional team can do that activity.
Release versions - Header ,item and operations - need to be selected as per then requirement.
