Thank you for replay,
1- Error occurred while activate infocube.
2- Possible to create datasource while doing next step create Infopackage, once i mention start option (program terminated, short dump is being formated) message display on bellow screen, after new screen will pop up window it saying as abap program error(CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE). same error occur on infocube also.
3- Error is also occurred on DSO.(at activate time)
4- I am using super user, which having profile of SAP _ALL, SAP_NEW.(it required any farther access or this access is enough to do the Process)
5- ya I updated support package eventhough i face same error.
