For second screen shot of your first message, Kindly check the validity period of Phantom BOM and status.
If your phantom BOM is not having validity date at the time of explosion, tehn system will give error message.Kindly check that.
And also check the planning status of teh material inMRP-1 view
And check selection method in MRP-4 view
