my point is another one, I think your configuration is good, it's rather a matter of testing.
Please have a look at your exchange rate table. It might be a problem of data used. Your check (incoming?) has a transaction date Nov. 25th, so it will try to find an exchange rate valid at this time. Your currency exchange rates maintained are valid on or after Nov. 26th, 13:17 (transaction/posting date/time). Just maintain an exchange rate that starts at Nov. 25th, 00:00 AM and try again.
