we are working on the publication with dynamic recipient list, which will consists of budget for each department in source document. and we are using dynamic recipient document with department field and corresponding department employee email id's.
we used department id as recipient id,email-id as email and in personality we used department object from each document (source,dynamic).
initially the publication was successful but we are unable to send the data in grouping (all the related emails for employees of department should go in grouping with cc to their heads at one shot i.e if there are 10 employees in department , it should reach only one time for the people in CC ,it should not reach 10 times in CC). for this we tried sorting the Department field in the Dynamic recipient list but it is not reflecting in the publication so we tried removing all unrelated objects from dynamic recipient to make it sort on default calculations . after making it i tried adding it to the publication then it failed with above error log.
hope i have given the related information to the issue.
