1. Payment Posting in FI would happen that moment you do F110
2. But when you transmit the file to the Bank, you can populate the Value Date in it. The Bank perceives Value Date as the date on which the amount is to be debited in the Sender's account
Use the value date field or a future posting date in F110. Populate the Posting date field in the Value date as well, in your DME file
