      Thank you both for your references.I should load flat file data into  Target Fact table residing in HANA.If I take this transformations will it be feasible or not.Please advise.

FLATFILE--> QRY TRFM --> TABLE COMPARISON TRFM --> MAP OPERATION --> FACT TABLE
