Commitment in purchasing need to exclude the condition type JADC

Hi Consultants,

While creating the Import PO against the WBS, We are using the condition type JADC - Additional cost.

We want to excludes the cost of this condition type against the commitment of project as the cost will be return after some period of time.

Kindly note that for this condition type--> accruals is tick and cost element can not be exempted.

Please suggest the work around for the same.
