We are on GRC 10 , SP12 and are gettting a dump when trying to access the form Access request creation in Access Management in NWBC. The corresponding SICF services also give the same error when we "test service". We are not getting this issue in DEV but facing in QA . Trying to check if this is due to some missing configuration or step .

How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:
"ASSERTION_FAILED" " "
"CL_SALV_WD_BL_DB_ACCESS=======CP" or "CL_SALV_WD_BL_DB_ACCESS=======CM005"
"DETERMINE_DB_KEY"
Applying SAP note 1845082 fixedd this in QA but this note is not applied in DEV and we still do not get this error
