The F4 help here is a collective search help which offers to search either for changeable tasks or transport requests. In contrast to earlier layouts where you selected the preferred search option by tab, this is meanwhile done by drop down list box. (And your choice is personalized). So you may not recognize the header as a drop down selection at the first sight.
