Graphical display of spool request xxxxx in system DEV

Hello SAP Gurus,

i am drive Z_report for last 1 year in background than the data is showing incorrect format, But when i drive report in standard tcode

the data is showing in correct format. so please what is the problem

I have been already checK in SPAD Tcode for SU01 tick mark as per Device name

SO please give me Solution with step by step..
