We completed the download from ERP to C4C, we ran production tenant during 10 months. Aftger this, customer wants to erase all data from C4C and load again the customer due to a chance in business partner handling in ERP. Basically, during project we have migrated individual accounts and coporate account from ERP to C4C, actually, it´s necesary to manage everyone as corporative account.
