For the sake of accuracy, those two are URL locations and not HTML pages.
If you have the REST adapter, you can use the GET method to retrieve from those URL locations. Otherwise, you can also use HTTP_AAE's GET method.
To handle the sequence between the two calls, you'd need to use either ABAP proxy or BPM (NW BPM or ccBPM depending on your PI version).
