Can you elaborate your scenario and where ur exactly getting that error.i mean full flow execution level ur faceing that error???

when you using file adapter instated of AS2 adapter  need to config the file module tab configuration .there need to give conversion been module name(localejbs/X12ConverterModule) then it will work.
