I doubt you can apply this add-on to you S/4 system. The link shared by you mentions the following prerequisites:

UI FOR EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 - SPS 07 (07/2015)

is an Add On to

SAP GATEWAY 2.0 - SPS 09 (07/2014) or

SAP NETWEAVER 7.4 - SPS 04 (10/2013)
