Hello Sudheer,
#UNAVAILABLE comes when it is not possible to calculate the value of a smart measure because it is managed by your back end database.
You may have to apply aggregation explicitly in order to impose aggregation so that values gets rolled up and rolled down which is not possible in current scenario.
