Hi Ravi,
Check in runtime workbench message monitoring, you will find two messages one is for sender to PI and another one is PI to receiver, check the status of the second message, is it delivered? and check the audit log of the message, if any error then you will find here, and what did you mention in the target directory in the receiver channel??
