Dev OS is Windows 7 Ultimate using IIS 7.5.
Server is Windows Server 2012 R2 using IIS 8.5.
I have used all the latest browsers on multiple machines against the server and see the extra characters on each combination. Firefox 45, IE 11, Chrome 49.
