We know that in the RfC or in the Problem there is an assignment block Related Incidents which has buttons to lock/unlock related incidents.
Does anyone know if there is a program that could unlock the incidents from an RfC different than through the WebUI?
We have an issue as the assignment block above is no longer active in Production, and we urgently need to unlock some incidents that were locked prior that assignment block was removed from the Business Roles.
