     The only tool I know is something call PDF Compare (part of Adobe XI Prof++) and Ultra Compare (TXT/CSV Compare). You can save Universe as PDF &/or TXT and then compare.  You can always download 30day trial copies to run your compares.

Keep in mind that between BOE 6.5 and BI 4.2 the SQL Engine & Calculation engine has changed a lot.
