Assuming you already completed the authorized SAP FI Classes, best if you just read the 3 Materials that came with the class (TFIN50, TFIN52-1 and TFIN52-2).
As for Tips and hints, best follow what suggested by Ravi Sankar Venna "Go through all 3 books 5 times religiously" and you shall be able to pass.
