Hi Jeewan,
Practically, when memory consumption for any DI Server application is 1 GB or more, it may crash any time.
So we also recommend to keep the memory consumption of any DI Server application at lower level.
You can refer to SAP Note 1997804 for the issue 'License is fully used'.
