Addition of Mail body text & subject in Cust. Bal. Confirmation F.17 using BTE 2410

Hi Experts,

This post may sound repetitive & the requirement simple, but unfortunately I am not able to find the exact answer; therefore putting the question.

I am using BTE - 2410 to send balance confirmation letter by E-mail to customer. I am able to send the E-mail but not able to change subject line and not able to add body text to the E-mail. Could some one send me the sample code to accomplish this task.
