Difference in IW39 and cl_rplm_qimt_report_launcher=>submit_riaufk20

Hi Experts,

While executing IW39 with Order Number and In Process flag, I am getting the output display, but with cl_rplm_qimt_report_launcher=>submit_riaufk20, it is not picking that particular Order. (Good with other Order numbers).
