Hi Gary,
Open the formula editor > type in part of the keyword > hit ctrl + space to complete the word > then move the cursor to a letter on the keyword and hit the F1 key to look-up help on that function.
To list all keyworks, just hit ctrl + space without typing in any work and it should show a list of all keywords.
