The document is basically a DMR(debit memo request kind of) getting created on CRM side and we are trying to replicate it to R/3 system with billing plan information. In the config, functional guy mentioned the leading transaction category field as 'Complaints'.
A new bill plan type has been created and same is mapped at item category level.
for the item category, the billing relevance field is set to ‘A’ – External Billing .
When we open the document from CRMD_ORDER, I can see the billing document tab at item level but billing plan tab is missing.
In the Billing plan type Under origin of General data section start date/End/From/To are also defined.
Not sure which config is missing. Could you please share your inputs.
