Error in measuring document

Hi,

We have a z-program for measurement readings upload. In recent times for  particular '2' measuring points we are facing following error.

For example: If running hours is 2788, but measuring document is created as 102787. When I checked the IMRG table Readg value is 2788 but in measuring document value is coming as 102787. And Maintenance order is also released based on this reading.
