Crystal Reports 2016 File is Too Large

Customer Roy has not been able to download Crystal Reports 2016 from my direct link and Store Admin's. He has a Windows 10 on his computer, no other Crystal Reports version installed, and says he has administrator rights.

He gets an error message saying the file is 512Mb and too large, so it doesn't get installed. I have checked if it is a space issue... can you check if there must be something else going on?
