Use description field in BCO

Hi experts,

I create the BCO and BCC with the follow data

BCO 1

Code State     Description State

01                  State for one

02                  State for two

BCO2

Code City     Code State     Description City

AA               01                  City AA

BB               01                  City BB

CC               02                  City CC

The values is displayed in the Embedded Component, but in the screen is displayed one the "Code City" and "Code State".

How can I display the "Description City" instead the "Code City" ?

The both fields in the "Embedded Component" are set the "CodeAndValue" in the "CodePresentationMode". But is displayed in screen for the field "City" the value "AA - <AA>". I want to display "AA - City AA" or "City AA"
