We are working on a requirement, where we need to populate Contract->Technical Object and VEDA-Start and End dates from a quote VBAP-Custom fields. This should happen when a contract is created with reference to a quote.
We have tried to look for a suitable place to write this logic. Could not find any copy routines/data transfer routines which can transfer data to its technical object (i.e Equipment data).
These values should be available to the user on VA41 screen after copy, and before save.
Path of Seeing Technical Object.-> VA41->Item->Extras->technical Object.
Kindly share if anyone has worked on a similar requirement.
