Our financial year ends April 30 2016 is FY17. Now one of the requirement is to pull the report with Data for previous Fiscal year which is FY16 = financial year end April 30 2015. I have fiscal year eg 2016 format and fiscal period 2016004 format in the report query. Last execution date of the report is in date time format which is today's date 9/6/16. From the last execution date how to retrieve previous year requirement which should be in format 4/30/15.
Pls note that this reporting is dynamic..if someone runs next month. Last execution date should be manipulated to the financial year end date. All this control of Data filtering happens by input control selection consideration of fiscal year too.. when user selects fiscal year 2017 the last execution date to be manipulated to financial year end which is 4/30/16 the report populates the data accordingly.
