Need your help again...
The rule is if customer's earned points>5000, then set tier=VIP automatically.
I have set RR "R001" as if earned points > 5000, then set tier = VIP.
Suppose Membership ABC's as is earned points = 2000. Then I create a member activity "001" to increase 4000 points for membership ABC. My expected result is customer's tier should be changed to VIP after MA processing.
However, R001 did not work during the process of member activity "001". I checked log found system thinks customer's earned points is 2000 but not 6000. Thus no tier change.
The tier can only be changed on next MA processing.
Can you help me on how to set upgrading tier together with points earning?
