See, where you have clicked on the button to Add New System, there-over only you will get to Edit Installation/System-Data. Till now as per your screen-shot everything is OK. Once you have added the system, there will be Edit the license information also. The link for that would be https://service.sap.com/licensekey or System Data | SAP Support Portal Because say if you do a system refresh or say for any case on the same hardware, you have removed this installation or put a same new or different SAP installation, then you can here edit the installation details including the hardware key & there-over by selecting the Edit option, you will be allowed to generate new license for the new installation. Time-Zone is for your system, no issue for that purpose. Your username Time-zone is already there in your user-details
