Smart Forms: Need to add a last page with terms

Hi,

I have to add a new page to a form with the terms and conditions . There are already two pages in that each one having a separate main window .

If I add the third page it is not getting triggered.

The second page will get triggered only if there are more line items . I have to add this at the end irrespective of the number of pages used before.

Please help.
