Suspect below code will potential has issue since SI_Item1.ItemAccountingCodingBlockDistribution would be empty which will cause dump. you can check that

foreach(var inst in SI_Item1.ItemAccountingCodingBlockDistribution.AccountingCodingBlockAssignment)

better to add SI_Item1.ItemAccountingCodingBlockDistribution.IsSet() check before you do the loop.
