As described in the following help document, you can check "Take Receiver from Payload" in the IDoc receiver channel.

You must then enable the EDI_DC40 segment, and disable all the mandatory fields individually.
When you set the option above, you will also need to map fields RCVPRT and RCVPFC (besides RCVPRN.)
