Not able to create an APO Keyfigure

Experts when we create Keyfigure in SAP APO - RSA1,

System asks whether KF is created as APO or BW?

But, we are not getting that pop up while creating a KF in our system..

Request you to provide if there is any path or icon to re-activate this pop-up
