How many dimensions in row/ column axis? Expected Number of rows / columns to be populated in template ?
Try following options-
1) Clear meta data cache.
2) Remove Empty and Zero values.
3) Options -> User options -> others -> "Force symmetric Refresh for Large Asymmetric Axis.
