Can somebody please clarify the difference between authorization objects I_VORG_ORD vs I_BETRVORG

I want to restrict the Release / Technically completion of Maintenance Order based on the authorization object roles assignment to users

Which objects  should I use to create authorization object rolesI_VORG_ORD or I_BETRVORG
