IT 2013 may exist on any date.
The function P2013 doco says it is used in Concurrent employment.
QUOTA function in time eval schema processes IT 2013 correction data to adjust the quota in IT 2006.
Presently there is no operation (like TABLE or any other) to read the p2013 for an employee for the time eval date.
It would be better to keep config simple.
