Hi,
Below are the steps to be followed for any IDOC issues w.r.t confirmation.
1. In SRM - T code- we02 - check the Idoc
2. If Idoc status is green then there might be issue with IDOC in ECC system.
3. T code- BD87, select the idoc and click on trace idoc- now you will find the IDOC number which went to the ECC system in filed partnet Idoc
4. Login to ECC system- T code- we02- check the idoc for error and understand the error functionally.
