No Manual Configuration Tab

I have been following the OpenSAP HANA Cloud tutorial. Week 6 Unit 2 is essentially the same as Martin's blog on How to connect the SAP Business Suite to the SAP HANA Cloud Platform using Gateway as a Service Trial Edition

I am able to assign the roles and to create and test the destination. Next we are told to register the service. I can select my destination but we are told to use the Register Manually tab. On my system there is no such tab and so I am unable to register the service. Can someone advise me how to get past this problem?
