Have you considered generating the Basic Pay unchanged, and generating a Negative Gross WT for Unpaid Leaves?
The employee would then be able to see
his Basic Pay (10000.00),
plus the Unpaid Leave WT (-967,74)
and the Sick Leave (-483,87).
