If you want to have a production order created automatically during the sales order creation, the goods receipt will always happen on the same plant where the sales order was created and I dont't thing you can change that in customizing.
If you want to have the production on a different plant, then it is not possible to use assembly processing (strategy 82). With strategy 82 there is a link between the sales order and the production order and you cannot have this link if the production takes place on a different place.
You should go with the previous suggesiton of using special procurement 40 and a different strategy.
